Adolescence is a time of great change and growth. During that time there can also be a lot of worry. Worries about the future, grades, external pressures, social challenges, and the drive toward perfectionism.

Without treatment, anxiety can become overwhelming which in turn can take control of your family structure. I teach adolescents, parents and young adults how worry works, and the skills to manage the intrusive, repetitive, and negative thoughts they are experiencing.

I specialize in treating anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder utilizing the methods of CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and ERP.
